Never really been into the online stuff for various reasons...but it depends on the genre. Fantasy based avatars usually get some sort of name to fit, often with a Germanic and medieval ring to them. Peregrine is a name I often use for stuff like that too.

When I used to play the various Jedi Knight games in multiplayer I incorporated my own name and would either become Danakin, or my personal choice, Obi-wannabe.

My handle, like in chat and pretty much anywhere else on the Internet, is LZorro.

I feel like I should add something else here, but I can't think of anything.

I go by ^Rad^Czar whenever I play BF '42, though nowadays that almost exclusively means the mod Silent Heroes. The clantag isn't particularly necessary, the clan's pretty much dead but I've used the tag forever and I loath to change it due to the fact that I've actually managed to build up a halfway decent track record on bftracks.

How bout trying Robby1337 or Robbyteh1337?

Heh, that just reminded me, my friend's last 4 digits of his cell phone is 1337. I'm thinking about destroying him and claiming it as my own...

With some RPGs, I rename the main character 'Rock', although the first time I did it, FFIV, it was Kain that I named Rock. His armor just looked sort of Mega Man-ish to me.

And thus, the legend was born.

I'm not much of a gamer. But for a while, I was called, Holader. That's Hola-der. Not, Ho-lader. That would get on my nervews. Then for a couple MUDs I had played. I made, Evangiar. If I ever play games. I tend to use that.

At home, 733-1337 belongs to a video store.

My dad's cell phone number is -6666. It's hard-core.

I swore I almost saw a licenceplate that said: 54MUR41 but when I thought about the construction of the licence numbers on CA plates, I don't think it's possible. But whatever it was, it was pretty darn close and I thought it would have been kinda nifty to just randomly have that as a licence plate.

nearly forgot, another "name" i commonly use in many games where i need a name, is Locke T'sahn, particularly in the two latter-gen Elder scrolls games, and quite a many RPG's.
