The promotion doesn't start 'til Monday, and people are already asking about rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrollllll up the rrrrrrrrrrrrrim to win (exactly like that), and they think it's all funny and stuff.

It seriously sucks for us. I mean, when someone bites off the rim of their cup and hands you a spittle-soaked hunk of cardboard, you just have to take it and punch the hole in it and not be grossed out. Also, it brings out the worst, most dishonest people; they'll do anything to get extra cups and forge winning tabs.
