This place provides free ringtone downloads to your phone of a file which you upload to them. I've used it several times, and there is no catch.

One of my chief pet peeves is to walk around in a very nice, wealthy, upper-middle class neighborhood and find kids thinking they're 'gangstas'. It makes me want to kidnap them, and drop them off in the tenderloin district of San Francisco. I'd like to see them try to be ghetto there. =)

sprintusers.com has an upload application that'll work for you, but you need the internet enabled on your phone. I did that to my sister right before she got her phone internet disabled, and all she has now for a ringtone is "The Macarena"
