I'd love to finish what I meagerly started, but too many school projects makes me a dull boy. D: Ah well. I might still poke it with a stick when the semester is done.

No way in hell I'll be able to finish the story, on account of I only just started the main plot.

Smooooooth.

So I figure, I'll write up some of the fun backstory rattling around inside my head. That way it will all be set up in case I ever write that actual plot! (Totally unlikely).

6,000 words in two days?

Piece of cake. *gets cracking*

48,164 done and about five hours until the deadline (local time).

Why am I on the interwebs?

*goes back to typing*

Edit: Woohoo! 50,248! With about an hour and a half to spare.

*does a little happy dance*

*waves hands mysteriously* This is not a double post...

Did anyone else finish? I'd be interested in reading some.

If anyone is interested, they can read mine here: Search for Leshem - it's available in both html and pdf formats.

It's a Sci-Fi themed semi-drama semi-adventure about several different ships traveling around the galaxy. I was aiming for a 'Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels' type layout with several converging storylines. I ended up having to make a spreadsheet to keep track of all the characters!

It was mad fun, and I recommend it for next year.

I think I got somewhere around 5,000 words. Other projects, not having the time, etc. all sort of got in the way, but I may get back to it at some point.

Yeah, I finished. Maybe I'll put my... novel-thingy... online. It's not very good though.
This webcomic, seen here is hosted on the free web host Comic Genesis which pretty much proves its not popular.
