I'm all for natural childbirth, as long as the woman is having the babies.

O_o now here's a topic I wouldn't have expected to find in here... Anyway such an accident happened to me too.. except it wasn't a chair but a foot... with a shoe on it.. a steel tipped shoe... the ground was comfortable...

Bah, details. You wrote that just for your post count, didn't you?MERBman wrote:Um, I think instead of "pregnancy", you mean "childbirth". Because a C-section is not a pregnancy alternative. In fact, some women opt for a C-section instead of a natural pregnancy.

Anyway, everyone's body is different, so who is to say which is less painful? I've heard reports of C-sections being much better for some than regular childbirth. Apparently some women have delivered all their children by C-section with few complications.
As with TLH, all this is hearsay.

My sister had her first son by emergency C-section and the second naturally. She's all in favor of the "Don't Cut Me Open" option. Something about not having to hobble around with an incision while trying to take care of a newborn. She was really funny when she was coming out of the anesthesia, though.
Everything sounds better with "my ass!" appended to the end of it.
