I been watching it. Got to say this volume has had its ups and downs; and I've enjoyed it a bit as well. The opener itself I thought was well done. And where it hasn't met my expectations of what I first saw-- having the smaller groups to deal with as apposed to having seventeen million different plot strands is making for less of a headache. I like the more character driven story as well.

personally I never have understood what the deal with continually complaining about something as unimportant as a TV show, or comic, or film or what ever. Seems like it'd get tiresome after awhile. If I do not like something... I forget about it and move on. *shrugs* There's other things to spend your anger on than some silly show.

Let's see

Nathan plays hero - Saves Parkman, then punches him out.
Claire applies to work at the comic book store, gets the job only because she's a chick, and then saves the puppeteer guy on the way back home.
Sylar does not kill his dad, but takes his fluffy bunny and leaves.
Nathan ends up showing his hand after getting shoot-first-dont-ask-questions guy fired, and then rescues Claire at the last minute.

And the episode closes with Ando and Hiro having adventures in babysitting?

The best thing about this season is that there's no more time travel. That always had such a tendency to get messy and dumb...

The funny thing though is that the present is just as bad as the prevented horrible alternate future where people with abilities are hunted down by the government.

...Oh

Damn. This is pretty good! I'm more than happy to ignore the baby genesis machine plot contrivance for delicious delicious hero deaths. Now do Claire!

I liked Daph too she was my favourite character on the show. but least she got a good death. Granted I wish she'd just have died when she was originally killed. I'm down with favourite characters getting killed off long as they thin the herd of cast members. its been getting a bit to burdensome.

I'm down with cast memebers of any kind dying, as long as it's done well.

for instance, annoying cast member left in erased future? bad.
cast member shot in the head? why haven't they been doing this for several seasons?

like I said, i don't care that she's dead(if she really is, and she'd better be) but I hated the way they did it.
