Agreed! Don't give up on your detailed stuff Senshi, but that's a damn nice little drawing, I like it!

jesusabdullah wrote:I really liked Ender's Game back when I read it ages ago. I remember liking Speaker for the Dead slightly less, but not because of problems with the book itself--I just really liked the Dreamland game and was bummed that there wasn't anything like it in Ender's future. (Edit: I also read Ender's Shadow, which was okay but not really my deal, and I never got around to reading Xenocide, which is the one everyone bitches about, right?)
Aw, and I'm nearly done the latest one (Shadow of the Giant)... I loved the entire series, although obviously nothing will ever beat the first book.
And I really liked the whole Speaker For The Dead/Xenocide/Children of the Mind stuff. The piggies were great.

This is really great work. I love all the little details in it. Very realistic.

The left foot could use a bit more structure to it, it looks really flat, but otherwise that looks really great Senshi. :3

I'm not sure but the lines indicating elbows, knees, etc could be taken out to keep with the simplified look of the face. That hand is way way better!

I think she could leave in the lines behind the left knee, but the lines at right knee and left elbow could go.

Right heel also looks a bit rushed and flat compared to the rest. (Also I think those ankles are still chunky but thats just aesthetic now)

He's supposed to be sitting on a stool, but I didn't ink the stool yet. And now that I see it on screen, some of the lines on the left side are too thick so I need to thin them out.

Without the stool it looks like he's getting set to do a Russian dance, or play roshambo.

Or take a dump.

Still, good picture as long as you know he's supposed to be sitting on something.

With the jacket, I keep thinking he looks like the mascot for the University of Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

Thanks. And yeah, I need to ink the stool. There will be no jiggery, and certainly no dumpery.

And I can assure you that is a brown-coloured wool overcoat, not green. He goes to a different midwestern school.

i dunno something about the dragon doesn't quite match the whale. Like it's not the same style but it's trying to be? I like it though

My only thing with it is that the dragon seems European and the whale seems to be of a more Aztec style. They kind of clash in terms of design.
