Without any other criteria other than just "pick one" I picked music because of the three options, it's the one that makes me feel the most when I'm using that medium to entertain myself.

If there had been additional criteria, such as "which do you prefer for entertainment" or "which do you prefer / would like to create" then my answer would have been different.

That's what I think...

Writing, because while art is one of the first signs of intellect (cave drawings), and music follows shortly thereafter (primitive drums and other instruments), it is writing that allows us to best capture the views of even the most average person and preserve them in a medium for future generations to cherish and understand. It is through writing that we can truly understand the past and keep it alive.

writing, because without a way to bring my mind down to earth, decomposing into tiny words and sentence fragments i dare call poems and pitiful rambling i call short stories i would die, plain and simple as that. i don't think i could bear to continue living if there was no way to get it out.
