I once forgot a knife. I used the bladed part of my spoon and pretended that was exactly what I meant to do.

My life is made up of nothing but these kinds of moments.
Existence is a series of catastrophes through which everything barely but continually survives.

If I was in that situation I'd just use the fork and press hardly against the plate... actually that's what I do in almost every situation that requires a knife because I always forget to grab a knife.

One time my pudding cup exploded in my lunch bag. That was a dark day. *moment of silence*

Did you ever know that you're my hero?
You're everything I wish I could be
I could fly higher than an eagle
For you are the wind beneath my wings.

Did I ever tell you you're my hero?
You're everything, everything I wish I could be
Oh, and I, I could fly higher than an eagle
For you are the wind beneath my wings
Cause you are the wind beneath my wings.

Oh, the wind beneath my wings.
You, you, you, you are the wind beneath my wings
Fly, fly, fly away, you let me fly so high
Oh, you, you, you, the wind beneath my wings
Oh, you, you, you, the wind beneath my wings.

Mine too. If we were ever gonna have kids, I'd feel sorry for them, since they'd most likely inherit that from both of us. :P

I'm constantly forgetting what I went into a room for, or losing things I had in my hand not half a minute beforehand. Things end up in the refrigerator sometimes that shouldn't be there (like the salt, and I think my wallet was found in there once).

Reminds me of a joke: An elderly couple were sitting on the porch one day and the husband asked his wife if she wanted some ice cream. She said, "Yes, and put some hot fudge sauce on it. But you'd better write it down, I know you're gonna forget the sauce!" So the husband went inside, and came back out a few minutes later with two plates of scrambled eggs. As he handed one to his wife she said, "See, I knew you should've written it down; I told you I wanted bacon with it!"

I "lose" my lucky baseball cap every few days and spend half an hour trying to find what's under my nose.

As a habit; sometimes I sleep with it on. Or simply forget it's there.
