The web-ftp client has been disabled due to some unexpected behavior it's been having on the system when other systems were upgraded (you might have noticed some slowdown in the last 48 hours)
I have found a replacement, but it needs some testing before it's put into operation. in the meantime please use a real ftp client (see h[url]ttp://www.tucows.com/networkadministration_ftp_pop.html[/url] )
