Barney can be explained away through sheer stupidity but the other 2, Teletubbies and what ever the hell a boohbah is can only be thought of as part of a conspiracy from an esoteric secret society. A society bent on corrupting the minds of our youth through mind altering colors and nonsensical TV. In 20 years this society is going to use the EBS (Emergency Broadcast System) to send the

I also learned that the collars are color coded for size, so you could quickly grab the large jacket as opposed to the small when wrestling an unwilling individual into one.
