Dub> Isn't the edit button fun? Of course, I'm quite familiar with it since I tend to obsessively remove any typos I've found.
Brem> ... or the mad Cow eh? I guess that works too. Though of all the crazy animals I could be, I'd probably be a Python named Monty, that's right up my particular alley.

Dubble> *L* Hey, who are you calling a pod!? I haven't been taken over by plants yet... ;)
It seems that in some places nowadays you can get away with being totally irresponsible and clumsy cause you can always say you weren't protected enough from making mistakes by others and claim a lot of money. I guess Americans just are a bunch of cry-babies then... ;) *L*
Bremusa> You're welcome. *l* Nwo then, what shall we call it? The Florida Devil? ;)

Spirit>The edit button is brilliant as even though I'm not too bothered about typos I sometime make some real awful ones *L* So thank you ;)
*snickers at the Python named Monty* You're a Monty Python fan? ;)
Arno>*lol* I'm not calling anyone a POD!....Seeing as you're right, you haven't been taken over by plants...yet...;)
But...but...but...that's not fair! If ppl make a mistake its their fault!....Right? If I walk into a door you don't see me trying to blame the door do you?! ;)
Hhm the Florida Devil?....Doesn't have the same ring as Tasmanian Devil does..;)

The worst typo I ever saw is etched into my brain and it scares me, just thank "The light" (yay for cheesy Japanese RPG religeons, they're cool) or whatever that you hadn't seen it.
Anyways, of course I'm a Python fan, you silly K'nnniggit! Well, I doubt you're a Knight but that line is just so much fun to say.
As for Pods, the only pod I ever heard of aside from a peapod was a game in which you raced to get the last plane ticket off of a dieing planet, so to come first you condemn the other seven guys to a firey death. Fun game, tad morbid though.

No Dubble, if you walk into a door, you sue the door, the owner of the door or the manufacturer of the fdoor, or possibly the person holding it open for you... See? That's how responsibility is distributed. ;)
Alright, how about... the Florida Fiend? ;)
Spiritwolf> The worst typo I've ever seen I never saw, but it's a legend in our chatroom among our little club. Perhaps RObert will be willing to tell a little more about it... ;)
Robert, who just sent me the "Brave Sir Robin" mp3. *L*
There's another pod-reference... Think "Day of the Tryffids", or at least I THINK that's the name of that particular story? :)

Arno>*lol* What?! That makes no sense! Plus its not fair! ;)
*L* Yeah I like that! Has a ring to it. And alliteration....Where the beginning of two words sound the same...WHY am I thinking about that on Christmas day!? ;)
*lol* OOh that typo! Can we nag Robert in to tell about it?! Please?! ;)
SW>I like 'Monty Python...And I say that even though I've only seen clips and whenever a movie's on I forget to watch it....And I still know alot of teh references ;)
....You know I think this is off-topic too..'Cept in this case I don't know how to get back on...Unless you want me to talk about Dad's furniture bussiness?...No? Didn't think so. ;)

I have the complete script to the Holy Grail, I'll upload it somewhere if'n ye want Dub. Then you'll know all of the references; like my favourite one:
We are now ... no longer the Knights who say 'Ni!'.
Ni! Shh!
Shh! We are now the Knights who say 'Ecky-Ecky-Ecky-Ecky-Pikang-Zoop-Boing-Zoo-Owli-Zhiv'
Ni!
- and as for this Robert, I think I would like to meet him sometime, he really sounds quite a decent chap and probably even one with a sense of humour like mine.
Though can any sense of humour be quite like mine? I dunno. Can't say on that one. ;>

You have knitted undies? That's even funnier than Bart having a stamp collection. Anyways, Arno has been posting often for a while now ... it started a few weeks back I think, we forced him into it by mentioning him somehow in all our posts ... maybe on purpose, maybe not and it would be rude not to reply and Arno is anything but rude, so ... there he is. Wearing the ever-durable shackles of sociality. ;>

AAAGH! They're talking about me! I must post now! *L* Darn you, darn you all... *Plots his escape tunnel* ;)
Dubble> I think we'd best leave the explaining of Robert's typo to himself, no one can tell the story like he can... So... Go bug him. Maybe we can start a seperate "Robert's Typo" topic. ;)
Spiritwolf> Personally my favourite comes from another Monty Python movie:
Brian to crowd: "You are all individuals!"
Crowd: "YES! WE ARE ALL INDIVIDUALS!"
Single person: "I'm not!"
Bremusa> I've been posting since... before you did? I'm not sure... *L* My first post is still somewhere there, in this very same topic. See? That's 2 1/2 months ago... *l* Usually I use the weekends for this.

Arno>*L* I tried to bug him! And it didn't work! *L* Well not for here anyway! ;)
But I'll try again when I next see him..*grins*...;)
SW>You have complete scripts? Neat! But its ok you don't have to upload them I'll watch the movies at some point. *L*
*LOL* Those are both great quotes. And I knew Spirit's. So there ;P
Brem>I hope hell isn't freezing over. Dubble> *noogies* You are one SICK, SICK little Brit, you know that? ;) Come here. After 9 am, it warms back up to semi normal. ;)
Spirit & Arno> *stares* *lets drool drip out of the corner of her mouth* *runs around flailing wearing long knitted underwear* *grabs a local Mel-Made Nooit* *cuddles* *procreates* *SPITS loudly and pulls up undies* *suanters off into the foliage* ;P
*twitch* I'm tired. Jason's dancing in snow. School's starting back up. And I have finally decided in a quest to be true to myself to just kiss my sanity goodnight. Bai Bai. :D

------------------

Gittish-Mean Time... Hadn't heard that one yet. *L* funny... ;)
Yeah, Life of Brian was terrific! I also remember a sketch about it where someone was furious that someone had made a movie about one Jesus Christ, obviously stealing from Life of Brian... the main character even had the same initials as the holy John Cleese. ;)
Dubble> did you notice Robert didn't actually explain his typo?
Robert> Hey, you forgot to say what the typo was... So what do you say, shall I tell them then? I mean, SpiritWolf must be reeeeally curious by now... *Pets* Cute kitty, by the way... ;)

Arno> *groans* Do I HAVE to explain it? Man, it's bad enough as is! I dont need it all over the net! *l*
But alas. . Someone will inevitably spill the beans.. *l*
SW> Okay, it's like this. I was in chat one day. I as SICK with strep throat. I was tired, and my mind foggy, which, of course, explaisn why I might make one or two MINOR little typos.. Ahem. .
Anyways.. I had just taken a piece of candy to eat to help my throat, and typed this fact out in main. I MEANT to say "*sucks a lollipop*" but instead I made ONE little type, and replaced the "S" with an "F" and, well... *pouts* *l*

{laughs} That's funny.
What it reminded me off was odd though. I really and truly don't understand the way my mind works. Rob tells me about his typo and what does my brain come up with? How fruity the Doom marine was ... that the 'rocket-launcher' was really a hoover-hose and plug from which he shot out puffy orange marshmallows ... that would implode on contact with anything.
Why did it remind me of that? I don't know, I really don't but that was what popped into my head and that thought hadn't been running around up there for at least six years. ;> There's probably some link here I'm missing ...
