'Cause I felt like acting all shocked and that? I've never liked smileys myself except for the 'SpiritWolf' one that basically says "I'm joking! See? Smiley! Ack no ... no paddling of the swollen ass, bad!", just to keep me out of trouble in case I get a little ... risque. ;>
I mean, just look at that Snake smiley ... they are genuinely scary things! "Can't sleep ... smiley will eat me ... can't sleep ... smiley will eat me ..."
SW>*L* Mostly I love smileys. But the ones you make with punctuation. A few animated ones are ok, just not the animated ones in AIM. Scawy stuff there.

Arno>*L* I like to think smileys represent tone of voice. You don't get that online.
Plus I don't know many people who use them more than you....

Oh and the snake smiley is that one with the tongue up there. SW thinks it looks like a snake cuz its tongue flickers so much.
Plus I don't know many people who use them more than you....
And so I went back to the somewhere higher in the thread, stared at the green smily for a moment and suddenly... Eek! Who's idea was that? *L* that thing IS scary, I'll have nightmares now... Good thing I turn my smilies off.

I use so many smilies cause I hate to be taken the wrong way. Almost anything I say is supposed to be lighthearted and joking. *l* Just beware when the number of smilies dramatically decreases, then I'm not joking anymore. Gr.
