Now Angie, you know I have too much respect for your comic to desecrate it with my horrible lack of drawing skills. And I don't have time to cross-stitch one either!
[This message has been edited by Delphine (edited 10-03-2000).]

Looks better than mine, i didn't put any of the copywrite stuff on or anything. *L* i just copied the blank clomic from the fan week page, and stuff my bad drawings into it, then changed Angie's name to mine. :P
Why? because i'm LAZY. ;)

I know. ;>
I realized that right after doing it. ... I was half asleep at the time and had already passed out on the keyboard once. So I decided to leave it and I made a mental note to update it at a later date.
Then ... I completely forgot. ;/

There are two tiny bity problems with my doing a strip
1.I can mess up stick people I draw so badly
2.I am not a particlularly imaginative person
So I will leave fan week to all the people who can draw and have a very good imagination

Mel>TTHPT! You can draw I've seen pics! I liked them

Thank you. ;> Took me a long time to get Ace looking right enough for me to like. He looks a bit anime-ish though and I can't figure out why and I'm not sure whether I like or dislike that. Prolly the latter.
It was funny though, yes, I agree. It's also meant as a tongue in cheek jab at those that believe they can't draw. ;p You guessed that though. I just hope they got the message, yes, all of you. Fanweek won't be the same unless everyone participates.

Hmmm... I just have a few things to add to this discussion:
It's not true that everyone can draw. It is a talent some people possess and other's don't. I don't, Angie does. And judging from the links here, SpiritWolf does too... Mel does too, I can't make any proper judgement about the rest of the people here. *l* It's something I admire and I won't let it be cheapened by something as silly as modesty. ;)
Now, if I were to do something for fanweek you'd probably end up with something like Triangle and Robert. For those not in the know, oit's an odd comic made by someone who can't draw. It features a triangle and a rhombus as the main protagonists. *L*
I would have something more off-topic to say, but it's not showing me the current posts sor some reason, so I forget what they said. *l*

Yes. Let's have everyone participate. Even if you can't draw; grab a lump of putty, draw some stripes on it and then take a shot of that. You can then open it up in an image editor and have an arrow pointing at it with an ever so informative, "This is Jason". No one will ever know the difference!
Seriously though, I can't draw worth crap on paper anymore and it takes me aaaages in PhotoShop so I think it's great that people are willing to try and those that manage to add to fanweek sincerely have my admiration and respect. Even if it is just a lump of putty named Jason.
[This message has been edited by SpiritWolf (edited 10-23-2000).]

SpiritWolf> Hey, I can do better than lumps of putty. In fact, it litterally took me hours of work in Paint Shop Pro to produce this masterpiece, this delightfull extravaganza for the eyes...
Anyway, if anyone wants to see, and if my provider's cooperating, and if HTML here works the way I hope it works, you can look at mine <A HREF="http://home.soneraplaza.nl/mw/prive/aja ... .
Oh, and Delphine, I had to litterally wrestle with this program, I know what you're going through.
