just for music? what the hell is that!?

i recently got 20 "80 minute CR-Rs" that claim to be only for music. now, a 80 minute cd is a 700mb cd. will i be able to use these cds for data and all the normal crap, or is there actually cds ONLY for audio?
i didnt actually fork over $30, i had a voucher.

whats the story here? am i sucker (i wont be burning music) or will i be able co use these cds for normal crap. i.e. burning games.

help me here.

to my understanding, htese cd's can be used for anything, just for some strange reason, theyre better than normal cd's to record music onto
