Should Foster lose the face cactus?

As you know, Foster is about to lose his ponytail. As part of my systematic plan to break his spirit, I'm considering making him shave, too. What do you think?

I can't believe only two of you have voted.

Don't you CARE if I make him shave?

Besides, "who cares" IS AN OPTION. So vote that way if it's how you feel.

Sorry, Troy. I tried to get in to post yesterday, and it didn't want to come up for me. But now, the voting is done!

Apparently I did vote on this(I THINK I voted that he should keep it).
Now as to my opinion:
I think he should keep it.
As to the job/career areas I think facial hair is/isn't appropriate:
The only place I think facial hair is inappropriate is in the military. Soldiers/sailors/marines/pilots are constantly doing PT, doing things where having facial hair is just a pain in the arse to keep up.
Oh yeah, working in factories and around big machines this would also be an issue, and of course, around food. You wouldn't want your beard or long hair getting stuck in a machine, would you? And you don't want to get sued (or the company doesn't want to get sued) when someone finds a hair in their food.
As to working in a press related area: reporters and anchors: does it really matter? Not to me. I would enjoy being a reporter if I could keep my moustache/beard/goatee.
Other public relations positions: Same as above. Does it really matter? As long as the person's doing their job, right?
Any other area where facial hair will not cause loss of life, limb, or lawsuit: Sure, why not? And again, if it doesn't cause one of the above, does it really matter? I don't think so. Some men look more professional with facial hair, I think. Other men in the public eye, it may improve on their look.
