If you're having big-time troubles with it, you can always do pin-up art... that's always fun to look at, too.

Hmm... I photoshop all of the new FG, but that's only because Kuma was patient enough to hold my hand through the learning process. And Kuma photoshopped in her words and colors, I think she also used Illustrator, or something. But I've also seen successful comics that use no computer enhancements at all. It's really up to your style. ^_^ I think, anyways. Good luck! Let me know when your character designs and site are up! I need to link you!
