Hey all

Post by Tsukasa »

Just thought I'd throw out a "Hello" to everyone here. For those of us who go to UW, I'll probably see you Friday at the anime showing. I can't wait to see Azumanga Daioh. Anyway, the comic's great and I'll probably be around every once in a while.

I have 1-26 of it already on CD. It's great. :D

Best things to watch at the ADP this coming year.

Kimagure Orange Road (old school classic)
Hikaru no Go (you'd think an anime about Go is boring... but it's great, I've seen up to 51!)
Azumanga Daioh (I've heard ppl compare it Calvin and Hobbes in terms of popularity in Japan, that's how popular it was. Plus, I've seen up to 20 and it's good.)
Jungle wa Itsuma Hale nochi Guu (Just hillarious. Slap stick galore. Must watch.)

Come to think of it, all of those are in my top 10 animes to watch. Vandread has great graphics and quite a bit of action. A very good line up by the ADP. I'd go to the showings but I prefer watching animes series by series rather than an ep of 8 series once a week.

it does feel good to go through a whole series in a short time...I remember sitting for like three hours (...that I should have used do homework  ), reading through all the comics...it's a rush. But then...it's over. :( I used to like that method more...but you know what? I like the large amount of stuff spread out over time method as well. My biggest beef with the way TV does it is that there are commercials :-?
