This is a recent comic we did for our site. Obviously most Star Wars fans will like it but I'd like to some cheers and jeers on it.

Without context or anything, the first thing that popped in my mind was some sort of demented Matrix/Star Wars crossover... eh...

As for the humor, I think your strip screams for a pun or something like it. Right now, the joke is just that the guy likes jetpacks. And, er, that's not very funny in its own right... But change the dialogue a little: "But you said I was the one!" "I found someone with the... equipment I need!" That way, your readers expect something... er, woman-related by the third panel and you playing with their minds means the joke doesn't rely solely on the fact the guy likes jetpacks.

Just as an addendum, I'd leave the first panel to the girl and combine the guy's first and second panel in one. The fun thing with comics is that you can show in one panel actions that are not "really" simultaneous. You could have him slam down the phone while speaking his lines. It'd make the strip more dynamic. It's fine as it is though if you don't want to/can't redraw it.
