Critique my site layout...
I'd like it if you kind, oh so very kind, oh so very very wonderful and kind...*slaps head* okay I'll stop that. If you would take a look at my website layout and tell me if its easy to get around and is readable. I haven't completed the current adventure in my comic yet, plus I don't have 30 or so pages, so don't worry about critiquing the comic, unless you see some large, in-your-face error, that I needs working on. That would be great, thanks!
Not bad. It's pretty basic (bet you knew that), but functional. You get full marks for readable text and non-neon colors. There's nothing worse than an unreadable, overdecorated site.
Small things: I would like to see the comic title centred. I also wonder about changing the plain grey to something with a little texture (it wouldn't have to be very textured, just something to pull the eye). I also think you should move the tagboard up, since people have to scroll down a really long way to see it.
Overall, as long as you're not looking for the web designer of the year award, the site works pretty well. (<-- that was not meant to be unkind. It looks unkind in type, but it's actually a good thing.)

The stuff at the bottom of the page looks strung out. I wouldn't know you had a tagboard if I wasn't being persistent. Many people will look at the comic and then click off the site instead of scrolling to the bottom so I wouldn't expect you to have many messages on the tagboard except from the people who already know it's there.
On an 800x600 screen I page down twice and see the entire comic and your navigation. I don't really need to go any farther unless I'm looking for your calendar.
Also, I would say that the gray background emphasizes the gray in your comic. You should either use levels to get rid of the gray and make the background white or test different colors for the background. Preferrably, get rid of the gray in your comic so the white stands out. You can also darker it up a bit so the black is more of a flat black instead of seeing the marker lines or brush marks or whatever you have there.
