To repeat: Does anyone out there have a useful opinion about the Class Act comic? My last post didn't get any responses.

the strip has a lot of potential, i like it.
my main advice would be to work on makeing it a bit neater. you might try drawing panels bigger and then shrinking them when you scan
you might try coloring it and see what it looks like, just a sugjestion. keep at it, work on teqinque and stuff
(i loved the shakespeare strip)

Messiness is what happens when I depend on Simon's crappy scanner to translate the comics to Internet form. (sigh)
And coloring is just for special occasions, like Christmas, birthdays, Kwanzaa, y'know.
Thanx for the input!

+ Glitter girl... I thought that was genius.
- I didn't know it was a glitter girl until I read some of the first few strips... before it looked like that little muddy kid from Peanuts.
+ That insane Shakespeare joke
- Hard to read speech bubbles because the wordsarecrammedupsomuchthatyoucanttellthemapart.
+ That cartoon about the newspaper editor
- The two people that are always holding hands seems waaay too much like the couple from Zits
+ Not written for morons
- Sloppy
+ Simple characters...
- although sometimes they can be too simple
+ Deviates from the stupid mainstream school cartoons
- The name of the cartoon... handwritten... on all of the cartoons
+ Overall awesome jokes
- Same website design as... oh, you know who
- Little tiny cartoons
- No exploration of character depth
- Drawn on Xerox paper
- No color
Take it all in a good way, and dont beat me up in a parking lot for it.

-Yah, oops on the Dell&Erin bit. I'll be shoving them backstage soon.
-Sloppy & simple 'cause it's drawn for a school newspaper
-Is the name bad, or the heading? Again, it's a newspaper thing.
-Same for the lack of depth, color, &c.
-Xerox paper: I'm freakin' cheap
-Website design: Maybe if Simon took some real HTML lessons instead of cribbing from http://www.htmlgoodies.com . . .
--Jack
I heard that.
