Photoshop Tutorial

There was a website I remember once reading, it had a tutorial for people who scan pen and ink drawings and then edit them in photoshop. It took you step by step through isolating your pen lines pasting them onto a blank canvas, adding borders, etc. Google doesn't share my brain, and thus I can't find it. Does anyone have the slightest as to what I'm talking about? It had screenshots to help you along, and I think the author was working on a linux system, or mac.

I think it was written by someone on this site, it involved selecting stuff, inverting selections, pasting to blank backgrounds. Does anyone know what I'm trying to remember?

I don't know, it doesn't sound like my tutorial. Mine is in dreadful need of rewriting. I don't know if you'd find it useful. This thread just seemed so lonely with no replies.

no. I remember the author made a slice of life comic, simply designed characters, and it had just been added to keenspot when I got here like two-three years ago.

I want to create photoshop tutorial and would like to post on the net. I have some idea with a little tutorial to use on photoshop for a special effect. But i would like to create a video tutorial that you can upload online. I'm totally a beginner in this field. I don't have any knowledge about this matter and i need your help and advice. I want to learn from basic stage. Can you help me? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
