Well I guess the title tells the real purpose. I've decided to start coloring my comic now that I've got the programs and sharpies to do so. I'm wondering on how good the 1st page I tried is and any tips you'd want to say.
Also the green tint is supposed to be there as is the blur.
Looks good, but you might like to pay more attention to lighting and shadows. For example the explosion would cause dark shadows on his back, and strrong highlights on his front. By the looks of it you do have shadows and highlights which is good, they just need to be much more contrasting with the base colours.
I have but one. Go easy on the jpeg compression. There's so much artifact residue on that image I can't give a critque; I have no idea which bits are because of the jpeg compression and which bits are artwork.
The Jaded - Action. Adventure. Danger. For Hire. Lonely Panel - Explore. Travel. Comics.
Damn, I didn't even notice that until you pointed it out, and I got back on my high definition moniter rather than my parents sucky one(the only scanner in my house is on my parents comp). I'm not sure about how to fix this as it looked good on theirs and saved as is, meaning remaking the whole thing, it took 2 hours the 1st time.
What is a good compression % for this, I've been doing the B&W strips at 30 and yikes for color in 30.

40 at least, 60 is best, 100 if you must.
I think this page could have worked better if you colored in all the shadows with black (same as line color) so that the light on the top left feels much more intense.
