It may help you greatly to purchase a comic book you enjoy and trace all the lines from the first page to the last page with a pencil. You simply need more practice holding and using a pencil.
If you do that, though, blow the page up to about 1.5 times the original size, first. Many of the lines were drawn at that scale anyway. If it was done on the computer, it was probably done at 10-20 times what you see on the page.
I've seen many peoples' art suffer because they're drawing too small.
On the other hand, don't scribble either. The art you've shown us has too many lines. When you make an edge, draw one continuous line. Any other lines should add detail, not emphasize the edge.
