I got one! Hooray! I can't tell you how difficult it is to get that award, you go through a huge series of comples oral and physical exams, ending with a giant obstacle course with bear traps and lasers and other such implements of death littered throughout. This is why so many people have the award. It's <i>rare</i>. Like, uh... pie, or shoes, or Emmys.
