i find a guys body more attractive than a womans. especially around the mid section, good abs without being too defined, real abs covered with a nice layer of body fat.

dont believe what you here in the Media....Fat IS necessary in the body, and the body craves what it is not getting. Your body will store fat and use muscles before losing the necessary ingredients the body needs that only come from fats and oils.
Why do you think anorexic people have no muscle tone? they have degenerated the muscles before the fat is gone. there is more energy stored in fat than in muscle, so it will take from the muscles short term, before starting on fat deposits. this includes heart, lungs and kidneys. Meaning poor performance of Primary organs. not good.
The inch layer Shadow was talking about is the body fat layer that protects and insulates the body. this is a necessary thing to prevent heat loss from the body, maintain body temp in all weather conditions and to give a protective layer of cushioning to your organs and muscles.
Being too skinny is WORSE than being too fat!
