no to diving instructor - although i am learning to scuba dive in january. Am going to Seal Rocks in Australia to scuba (inside a cage) with the great white sharks!

it was cool reading what people thought my job was though! its funny how people have a low opinion on chefs intelligence, putting doctors etc up there first. remember Einstein? he was a patent clerk for most of his life before getting into nuclear scientist.

Alot of people do the jobs they are doing because there may be no jobs in their current field of expertise.

*grins* All this talk of cooking has made me think of something. Has anyone seen the TV show/ trailers for Azu Manga Daioh? "Cooking is so fun, cooking is so fun, now lets take a break and see what we have done" Struck being a chef just reminded me of that part in the trailer for Azu ^.^

it is funny, i have a copy on order, cant wait for it to come out. my brother didnt like it, he thought i was stupid for laughing at it, but i couldnt help myself. its not so much the jokes in it but where your mind can take it. i related this to him and now he thinks its funny too! i caught him watching the first episode on a demo disc i got.
