*pats Lutin on the head*

You win a cookie!! And on your first try, too!!! ^__^ *beaming*

After much too much analysis I have finally deciphered the last line:
Finally, then, after some 20 years of orthographical reform, we would have a logical, coherent spelling in use throughout the English speaking world.
It all makes perfect sense now! I think we should take him up on this plan to reform english spelling.

Well, 'real' languages are more practical to learn, I suppose. Go Japanese! Watashi wa Nihongo o hanashimasu...eto, chotto...

You're welcome. Cookies are great aren't they?

I have to wait until I get a degree before I'm allowed to apply for JET. ::wah:: But that's OK...I guess. I'll get there eventually. ^_^

At least you're on your way! I'm sorta spinnin' my wheels at the moment. ^^;;

*nibbles cookie* Oops, I didn't want to do that.

*sets the partly nibbled cookie on a pedestal in the otherwise empty trophy case*

Ah, so proud. *sniff* .^_^.

This whole 'cockie' idea sends me such mixed emotions. I'm slightly frightened, terribly amused, and greatly intrigued at the same time. I'm so feline... n.n

Hmm, I imagine that's the general consensus as well. The thing I can't figure out is whether they are a new kind of cookies, or just a new name for cocks. ^_^;;

*imagines trying to fit a cockie into the trophy case if it comes attached with a boy* @_@

Hehehe provided I have my uni all worked out I should be graduated by December and taking off to Japan sometime around the 5 or 6th of January...

JET is lots of fun, good money (as long as you're not somewhere like Tokyo where money is like water >.<) I have 3 friends on JET right now and having a blast...try to stay away from the really dinky little towns though for the sake of your own sanity :) but all in all, most people I know who've been have had a really good experience
Um yeah....I'll shut up now....
