Just curious: Is there some sort of chatroom for Jackie's Fridge already set up, or if not is anyone else interested in doing that/know how to go about doing that? I had the idea from Mega Tokyo. They have an irc channel.<P>

I don't think there is, unless someone set one up already--I know I haven't, since it all kinda' goes over my head anyway.

Okay, channel #jackiesfridge has been created and registered on Nightstar!<P>Quick tutorial on how to get to it:<P><LI>Download and install an IRC chat client. Good ones are mIRC for Windows, and ircle for Mac.
<LI>Make sure you're connected to the Internet, then open the IRC client program.
<LI>In the message window (called the null channel), type "/server irc.nightstar.net" (without quotes).
<LI>If this is the first time you are running the chat client, it will ask you for a username (nick). Give it one. Most people use their board names.
<LI>When it connects to the server, type "/join #jackiesfridge"

Well, irc.nightstar.net is where I usually hang out. There are a number of comics-specific channels there (I know, I helped set a lot of them up). We have #crfh, #avalon, #elflife, #webcomics (kinda dead lately), and #4toontellers.
