Hee, thanks. I liked the second panel Caryn myself. I'm gonna do one more Caryn-horsing-around strip, then I'll get down to business, and next week, we get Caryn's question.
Unfortunately, if I did something naughty to Joey, she'd hit me before I could tell her it was from you. Of course, once she KNEW it was from you, she'd be okay with it.
Oh--! Before I forget, I'm gonna need to use Caryn's last name. Should I use yours or make one up? If you wanna remain anonymous, email me and let me know which way you'd rather go. I won't tell. <IMG SRC="

Hmm ... Queen Caryn III. I like that one. Course I'd have to be Queen Caryn I. The first, the only, Queen Caryn. Rahhh!
-PsychoBlonde

Sorry, Caryn. Still getting used to the no-days-off, 65-hour work week. I'm surprised I can keep up the comic. <IMG SRC="

New job, plus old job, plus comic, equals not a lot of free time. I won't have a day off until Joey and I hit New York on the 31st.
Basically, I went from 27 hours a week plus some hours I chose to a sudden 65. Doable, but quite an abrupt transition. Now I know what Shannon feels like.
Right now I'm working 40 hours a week at Target as their new signing specialist (6am to 2:30pm, M-F) and weekends at my old job at the CD shop. Sitting in front of a computer screen puts me to sleep pretty fast, so once I finish colouring and uploading the strip, I try to do something else for a bit before going to bed.
Tomorrow will be interesting. It's inventory time at Target, so I get to work 9:30am - 7:30pm at the CD shop, drive the 1/2 an hour commute home, get my stuff ready, get to Target at 9pm for inventory, leave Target at about 6am Saturday, get home in time to sleep an hour, go back to the CD shop in time to open it at 9:30am again, then work by myself til 5pm and go home.
I'm hoping there will be a JoBeth! strip on Sunday.
It's not that I don't love you guys, but I just don't have the energy yet to be as attentive as I want to be. Soon, I hope; I miss this!!
------------------

Yikes! That sounds like a pretty jam-packed schedule, to be sure!
And if you really wanna know how Shannon feels, have a kid. Then you'll REALLY be busy! =) (Course, you might have to talk that one over with Joey first...)
Sitting in front of the computer tends to put me to sleep too. Especially when it's bloody hot out (it was like 90 today (I know that's not 'hot' for most people, but I'm pale and nordic; I get nasty headaches when it's hot, and I suffer from heat-stroke easily)).
Your friday sounds like it won't be a whole lot of fun! And to think I was feeling bummed 'cause I had to stay an extra hour or two at work to do an upgrade of a system. Sheesh. =) I hope you don't pass out face-down in a bunch of CDs!

quote:
BJ sez:

We know you wuv us. =) Hope things clear up for you so you can stop by here more often and yammer with us!
Hey, why do you work two jobs, anyhoo? Put Joey out there and get her to work! =)
-PsychoBlonde
