You may have noticed that not only did today's strip have NOTHING to do with the crossover, but I whipped it up in about five minutes. This is because of a few mistakes made by yours truly.<P>The crossover (the way I have it laid out and scheduled) runs alternating strips: JF, TS, JF, TS, JF....<P>The update schedule for the strips alternates....<em>except on weekends!</em> Starting thursday, it goes: TS, JF, <em>JF</em>, TS, JF....<P>So today's crossover strip was slated as a Tonja Steele strip, and even though I've pencilled the next four JF strips (and Joey's filling in her characters), neither of us remembered THIS comic. Does that make sense?<P>Stupid Pig. "Today"'s comic will run tomorrow on Tonja Steele, and we'll be back on track.<P>By the time we realised what was up, it was nine last night, I had a migraine-unto-barfing and Joey had to work early this morning. So we did what we hoped we'd never do: we ran filler.<P>Sorry!! Don't hurt me!! PIG did it!<P>------------------

John, if you wanna use the Pig as a supervillain, go for it. As long as he has a pathetically easy defeat at the hands of Sporky & Co, I'm okay with it.<P>And part of the Pig folklore that Joey and I use (but won't show up in JF) is that squirrels and other wild, guinea-pig-sized mammals are his lackeys, or "soul takers". They hang around parks and swipe souls, which they then deliver to the Pig, unless they lose track of them first. Primarily squirrels. Sometimes chipmunks.<P>Okay, all right. Do we want a Pig Icon shirt (like Gin's) or an actual picture of the Pig doing something evil?<P>------------------

Because I like stealing BJ's characters.<P>And a Pig shirt should have the Pig head and the EVIL! on the front, like Gin's, but the back should have some sort of wacky antics on it. Believe it or not, I have some wacky antics figured out already! I just need Shannon's co-operation....<P>And I have to tell Becky that her Pig is now a national (maybe even...global?) minor-celebrity. She yelled at us for mocking her Pig, but here he is, post-mortem, a star.<P>*snif*<P>Kinda' makes me wish I didn't stuff him in the food processor that one time. Of course, all the OTHER times were okay. Mm. Need sleep.<P>------------------

Hmmm...I would like to see him in full body with his carrot-guitar singing "feed my guinea pig". Actually, in the archives "Pig still evil after all these years - the river Styx strip has the best pic (in my opinion) to use. the middle one with him looking fairly straight-on at you, with the basics from the first frame: standing on the over-turned dish, a few pellets scattered about. You could have the trademark "evil pig" underneath the entire picture, or off to the left of his head. You could have the music notes and words "feed my guinea pig" to the right in a musical cloud/bubble (whatever you call that conversation box). Oh yes, and don't have him with his head tipped back or his mouth too open (if at all) because he doesn't look as much like a guinea pig like that. On the back you could have the "Evil Pig" head like Gin has on the front of her shirt. It could be captioned with something pertaining to '"world domination, one soul at a time" Only at Jackie's Fridge.' Or something like that. (Could'nt think of good wording here).
Too much info? Sorry, but I've been imagining for some time what the perfect evil pig t-shirt would be.. and you did ask what I would want on it!!!! <P>------------------

Thanks guys! Actually, John T did mention the JoPig strip, but in the JoBeth! forum. I was gonna, really.....<P>As for the Pig shirt, everything was on hold until I got out of the crossover woods. Now that the crossovers are DONE for a while, I can do little stuff like update the fanart gallery and get Shannon a finalised version of the Pig shirt....since I need his co-operation for certain antics.<P>I think you'll like it, just bear with me.<P>------------------

BJ - I'm really hurt! That picture of Evil Pig has been up since Sunday and no mention of it?! I might have missed it. I can't believe you didn't start a thread on it or at least have it listed under your "ego stuff"! I'll bet John T. lets us all know when he plans his Sporkman/Evil Pig crossover.
(Alright, so I don't have time to read JoBeth very often; but she doesn't appear as often as Jackie's Fridge; and she doesn't have an evil guinea pig; and my family already bitches that I spend too much time on the computer or with my guinea pigs as it is!)
