I tried to catch her, but by the time I finished the panel, she was GONE! I searched the Earring Tree, Orange Julius, Abercrombie, American Eagle.... it was like she disappeared. Ninja JoBeth!

And I figured she had to be there, since GAPE was an old JoBeth! visual gag.

Actually, I saw JoBeth at the Subway shop on my way to work. At least, she certainly _looked_ like JB, right down to the hip-hugger shorts. No pony-tail, thought, but that doesn't seem to be a constant. She and her best friend Tammy and her other best friend Tiffany were sharing a 6" tuna sub, three ways, and a diet Pepsi. I suddenly felt very old and fat.

It's funny how she keeps turning up.
