Saturday's [03.23.2002] Comic...

Blah... I'm so sorry for it being late. It should go up in a few minutes.

A quick explination since I can't access LJ to write the update box right now.

This wek is my spring break from college. Tuesday night of last week, my brother and his buddy came to visit. We hung out, and I went to classes, wrapped stuff up. Early friday morning, the three of us hopped into cars and headed on the 4 hour drive home. We made it in 3 1/2 hours... I'm not even gonna think about how we managed that. We met my Moms for lunch in town, cleaned out thebox at the comic store, went home, and I took a short nap. Then I headed out to make a 15 minute or so stop to say hi to everyone at dojo. Yay! Saw Jenni-chan, John-chan, and Elm-san! I then headed into town to meetMom, Dad, and my Aunt Fran for dinner at Logans. About half-way there, Randi-chan calls my cel and invites me to a poetry reading at Noone's Gallery. So I meet her after dinner and we go to Noone's. Whee! It was really a blast. Everyone there was just soo good it just blows the mind... Afterwards, Mike-kun, Randi-chan's ex boyfriend acted like a real ass, tht's all that needs to be said of him. *angry fist* So I tried to be as supportive as posssible while Randi-chan vented. We got on the road with just enough time for her to make curfew. *whew* I got up ths morning, and spent all day cleaning house because Auny Fran is coming over to celebrate her birthday tomorrow. So, I just now have hadtime to do the comic, scan, and put it together on little brother's comp, and upload it.

So tired...

Oh yeah! Big Hi out to everyone I got tomeet at Noone's last night! You're all positively amazing people. Very good vibes everywhere in that place. ^_^ It was really neat to meet Drew, who has e-mailed me before, big surprise for me! And it was nice to meet the guy who is doing a webcomic soon, if you read this, send me your url once you get going. Eh.. who else... Jen was a very cool person to have the chance to met, and so was the girl from the local anime clubs, Haley. I got to meet a lot of great people. Thank all of you for the honor. Sorry I'm so bad with names, I can't remember everyone...

And then... I check the forum and find out people have visited! Yay! Thank you soo much!

On Sat's comic... interesting. A bit of a deviation from the "norm" but it works. What gave you the idea to do the color and b/w that way?

We'll talk about that e-mail when I get back. And you better be around on Sunday and Monday, I'm gonna have a fit and a half if you don't meet my Mom. You two have missed meeting each other two or three times now.

Saturday's comic.... Hells... I can't remember what page it was.... Lemee look....
Saturday' was full color... Urm... I guess you mean Tuesday's... I did it 'cause I thought I was meeting Roberto for a midnight movie monday night, which fell through, we got together Tuesday, And thus I decided to be lazy and not color all of it.
