i have sevral demon designs (that's how i keep myself entertained in governmant class) i think i know which i'm going to use. i'll put it up here after i get it colored

Great. I like how this is going so far. Right now we still need demons, but I've managed to create a demon hunter myself. Actually, I designed him a long time ago for a different comic, but he works here as well.



Name: Garret
Height: 5'9" (6'4" with hair)
Weight: 195 lbs
Weaponry: The "Crescent Moon Saber," which is actually two sords which join together at the base. He also carries a small arsenal of artillery in his trenchcoat.
Powers: None. He has no magic ability and relies entirely on his teammates for for demonic identification. He is, however, the most skilled hand-to-hand fighter in the group (I called it first, I get it). His lack of magickal abilities and equipment force him to be picky about his opponents, or at least, he's supposed to be.

There you go. I'll also make a demon for this as well later on, most likely the leader of the group (unless someone else comes up for a better idea than mine)

1)do my style have to be manga?I can tweak it to fit the standard if needed.

Naw, I'm not picky about whether or not you use the anime/manga/japanimation/whatever-the-hell-they're-calling-it-this-week style. Use your own, it will keep things interesting. And sure, the characters are yours to do with as you wish afterwards (or even beforehand if you feel like it) as long as they either hunt demons or are demons.

Okay I've made up a demon. But I can't make it so you can see it. Plus you can't see the demon hunter for when I redraw him. But I'm going to redo his stats and show them here plus the ones for the demon.

Demon Hunter-
Name- Damien Eckoladin

Although very young for a demon hunter, he wasn't always so. He was percieved as a mortal by all. But when he saw Andrew Waves(character in my comic) use magic, he wanted to learn. So Andrew tried to teach him. When Damien just wasn't getting it, Andrew got his friend Brian(another character in my comic) to look up Damien's background. When he did, he was very surprised. Damien was decended of a family of demon hunters that had, a long time ago, given up their powers as demon hunters. Now Damien wishes to continue the long lost prestige of his family by becoming a demon hunter in training. Although he has never used powers in his life, he seems very adept at them. Plus he has managed to kill a few demons of varried power.

Leiko was born of a high ranking demon father and a low rank mother. She was disowned when she was ten because her father disliked anything she did and her appearence with her wings. "A noble demon has no need for wings. Wings lead to a weakness. And weakness leads to defeat. You are no daughter of mine. Leave this place and never return Leiko..." Her mother gave her the choker she wears before she left. She never takes it off as its her only memory of the family she had. She now strives to prove herself to the father that disowned her and to make the mother that loved her proud.

Who wants some demony goodness? I know I do! Anyway, a few notes about this demon. Yes, he is a real demon in the Judeo/Christian religion and yes, he is a Great King of Hell. I also took some artistic liberties and changed the way he looks (the description of Paimon in the GOETIA is really really REALLY uncool, so I spiffed him up and stuff). So um ... yeah, check out his pic and stats!

Paimon:
He can summon inferior class demons (he has power over 200 Legions, people) and use an assload of Black Magic. He can also mind control the weak and feeble. Of course, that doesn't mean much for Demon Hunters since they are hunting demons. He has no physical weapons since all of his attacks are Magic based.

Um ... yeah .... about your demon. She sounds too ... let's see how to put this ... sweet and innocent? Yes, those are the words. She doesn't sound like a demon you would really want to see dead. I mean, she's had such a tragic childhood. I feel sorry for her ... I don't wanna kill her.

So in short, make your demon evil as Hell. The eviler the better because then the readers would want to see them dead. Unless of course you're going for "the demon who is only evil because they never felt any real love" or something. In which case, yes, your demon sounds pretty good. But I don't think that kind of demon would suit this event very well.

Well the thing is that she was pretty evil. Her father just never thought she was evil enough i guess. plus there is the not being loved a lot part and her apperance. he kind of thought that she dressed kind of skimpy and the wings too. her mom was the only one who loved her. Well now maybe i should make her more evil. I'll see what i can change. unless i don't want her to die. maybe i'll get her to fall in love with Damien. Hmm...

I like her. She's got this real angsty feel to her. As long as she's not all lovey-dovey she'll do fine. I picture her as a perfectionist, the one to go in and get the kill as quickly as possible to show that she's not some weak little momma's girl just cuz she hold's on to a necklace.

First of all, Starwarrior, you can submit however many hunters/demons you want of whatever origin you'd like to give them, but keep in mind that if we get too many characters throw into this mess then it will start to get real damn hard to manage.

And Brian, as I've right now I'm calling the event "Shane B.'s Halloween Demon Huntin' Extravaganza," Or you could call it "A Very Keen Halloween". Actually, I'd like to go with some sort of "Nightmare Before Christmas" joke, but as of right now I'll call it...
