By the scruff of her neck...

I hadn't realized quite what Jenny was up against, until that lioness picked her up by the scruff of her neck and tossed her out of the jet.

Jenny looks so helpless...so pathetic...so darn cute and huggable....

Hehe. Yup.

How did I know this was going to have something to do with that duel?
They're forcing him to take charge, aren't they?

It doesn't always quite come out as well as I want it to, but I try to keep the size of the characters relative to their actual size and weight. (With
a bit of artistic liscence to smooth it over so the edges don't show.)

So, it helps to remember that a fox weighs in at around 20 pounds.
A Lion weighs in around 420 pounds. :o

The fact that Jack was able to get in a lucky (if well aimed) bite
on the first lion's corotid artery is basically without precedent. It's
true that occasionally lions have lost fights, but it's almost
always to someone like a tiger, buffalo, elephant or hippo. Even
drunken lions don't challenge those guys to a duel.
