Yepyep, your right. The current #2 about the weird kid is suspicious to my eye. The strip frankly is quite less than good and has only been around a little while. Or I have no taste and I'm overly paranoid, whichever ;-)

I too have Noticed this Suspicious Explosion. It seems that the votes are reset every month, so all the comics had 0 votes on October 1. And this strip isn't incredibly popular, and it held second once.

I have not read this Wierd Kid strip, but I remember you(Mako) saying you wouldn't stuff the ballot box. If the strip isn't very popular(none of these on this really are(except for 21Century Fox and Faux Pas(maybe I'm wrong and there are more:-? (Just my opinion then)) )) Then someone may be doing what you refuse to do.

Edit:upon reconsideration, I do realize I am just restating the obvious. :( Ahh well.

Edit:Edit: We're back in Number 2!! 8)

Well all 3(!!!) of REH Jr.'s strips are indeed quite popular. For the record they are: Under the Lemon Tree, Nip 'n Tuck and Questor. He's likely not in number #2 or #1 only due to his fans' votes being split among the three comics.

I follow all three myself, and enjoy them all. My personal REH comics order is N&T, Questor and UTLT (which is closing out a very long Schlock Mercenary cross over (SM isn't on my list of must reads).

Faux Paux absolutely is Great Stuff. I've been reading it since strip #4 and it's never failed to impress with both the artwork and the writing.

The wierd kid strip is sub par imho and is too new to have garnered such a stout fan base in such a short time. Maybe I'm wrong, then again... I"m mentally tossing that comic into the dust bin in any case. :-)

Of particular interest to me are the comics which are not participating in the list, stellar titles like Freefall, Albion Fuzz, Ozzy and Millie and so on...

I enjoy all of Ralph Hayes Jr's strips. :)

Faux Pas is always the last comic I read, because I like to save the good ones for last. :D

Hmm, I've actually never read any of Ralph Hayes Jr's Strips. Or really heard of any of them(slightly excluding Nip and Tuck, I have heard of it). I'm relatively new to Webcomics, only reading them for about a year now. I do wonder why some other of the comics aren't there, I think that they have to register on it.

P.S. I wait to read each list until I click the links. So, for today, not yet, but soon...

Unfortunately some people have more time than morals, at least we know that our favorites have earned their ratings honestly :D

I discovered the fandom about a year ago and got brave enough to start posting to forums a couple of months ago.

Seems like every where I go the same names appear.

I guess it's true, great minds do think alike :D
