I've read through the archives more times than I care to admit, and each time something new jumps out at me...I was in the CAP, I like Spike Jones (that was classic)...just seems like something smacks me in the forehead with almost every comic I read. Keep up the outstanding work.

The subject? I'm also a Zero Mostel fan

Thanks! I love sneaking in little bits! Sorta like the Easter Eggs in some software programs.

You were on FurryMuck? That's something I haven't gotten up the courage to do. I've heard wierd (and by that I mean, y'know, weird) things about FurryMuck. I'm not a very good role-player, I'm afraid, despite the theme of "FCE," and I'm not very socially adept, so diving into a room full of people, virtual or not, is difficult for me.

I need to get over that, I think.

As I said:

To tell the truth, the place was a bit cliqueish sometimes. Probably as a defence mechanism against the weird things of which you've heard. My 'defence mechanism' was to develop a character that was just an animal. Not anthropomorphic. Just an animal who would go around chasing sticks and trying to get folks to toss a ball for him to fetch. Much chaos ensued! It was fun.

But, I found that I could either spend hours on the Muck to amuse myself, or draw comics to amuse me, and (hopefully) other people!

I'm pretty happy with my choice. I hope others are too!

Heh. I'll bet. That was probably pretty funny.

Agreed. A choice well-made, Scott.

Like how you stuff a 30 foot tall giraffe into a 2 door ragtop without the use of a chain saw I'll wager

To the best of my (perhaps limited) understanding, giraffes don't have voices

Another interesting factoid about giraffes is that even with all that neck, they only have seven vertebrae in it.

I have no idea how I pick up this stuff

AHA!

True, ludo, true. Or, at least, giraffes don't have any voices to speak of.

Bada-bing!

Thankyew! I'll be here all week!

Actually, I've read that they can indeed make noise, but they don't have much to say. :)

In the real world, they've been known to go "Moo". :o

Now, I don't know what sort of noise I would have expected a Giraffe to make, but, I really don't think that "Moo" would have been my first guess!

Of course, this means that Cecil, coming from Kenya, Moos with a British Accent... ;)

7 Vertibrae in the neck! Yep! That's true. Same number as human beings! Except, I recall some of their vertibrae are 2 feet thick! :o
