I'd just like to mention that TV in the USA is hundreds of thousands of times more afraid of boobies than the BBC, since you like to make jokes about it.

The USA is responsible for some pretty crap movies though... Battlefield Earth, etc. (the following isn't an insult to Italy in general)
However, probably the worst movies ever are from Italy, particularly the ones that are shot in Italy with Italian actors, crew, etc, in Italian, then dubbed into English in an attempt to make you think it's not Italian (and with a few signs that say things like "Texas" on walls to show you that it's in the USA.)

BTW, you mentioned something about playing SLF songs, who/what is SLF?

I don't really like movies, but there was one person making fun of Canadian Movies on Just For Laughs...

"These movies are SO cheap... you can actually see the microphones dangling from the cieling, strings and stuff... and can even see the camera sometimes. They're that crappy."

I can't tell the difference between american and canadian movies though. O_o;;

Oh well.

I've only ever heard a few songs from SLF and I like them...

Soap operas scare me. I turned on the TV and one was playing, and this was the dialogue......

"Hon, maybe you should make a fresh start and apologise to (person)."
"Aw, you're right! I should be thinking about our baby! Now, let's see, I need my coat, my keys... oh! yes! And.,.. I have to kill you!"

But there are no people named Keef in american/canadian coap operas. How much you want to bet it was Lance or Jason or Todd?
