She's quite hot normally, the problem with that photo is a combination of lighting and angle. It makes it look like her eyes are too low on her face, and that the bridge of her nose extends too far upwards.
35, 40? I forget, but she's a lot older than she looks. Thank plastic surgery for that.
Incidentally, at McDonald's this morning I saw a car with an Ayumi Hamasaki sticker on the right front corner of the hood. I suppose if you're too slow to join a downhill racing team, you have to settle for pop idols.
That's the problem with Asian women. For the life of me I cannot tell their age. With men it's not a problem, but with women I just assume that if they aren't wearing the latest pop fashion statement that they are somewhere between the age of 30 and 60.

Asian women look like they're 16 years old until age 65. Then they suddenly turn into 3 foot tall wrinkly midgets. Or at least that's what I learned from anime.
