What kind of problem is he having with accessing your FTP? If you gave him the same password and login name, it should let him in. You're using some kind of script maybe?

Yeah, I gave him my password and log in name, but he said the "log -in Dialogue box" didn't appear. What the heck is he saying?

He said he can't "File", "Log in AS...." as well! I think he has an old version of IE but he said that's not the problem.

Just tell him to use WS_FTP, it's a free FTP program and I use it for all my FTP as well. Have him use the regular FTP address, username, and login, and there shouldn't be any problems.
