A US air force pilot flies into the Bermuda Triangle and ends up in the Questor-verse, on the human side of the mist wall. He gets called a witch/heretic, and ends up running into Q. So, the two strike a deal. Q keeps the air force dude safe, the air force dude helps him find the artifacts any way he can.
Been done at least once that I know of - guy in New Zealand's (slowly) writing a story along those lines. G. Howel and his "Light on Shattered Water" and the sequel "Storms over Open Fields."

GURPS Fantasy, IIRC, mentioned the Bermuda Triangle as a manifestation of the Banestorm.

Eh. I'm a Sci-fi fanatic, I'm just saying it might actually be a good idea, it might not.

Nah. We all know tht the Bermuda triangle is a manifestation of a future event where an interstellar starship, heavily damaged after an assault on Terra, plummits into the atmosphere, and then has its drive malfunction and try to initiate an interstellar jump whilst right over the triangle, creating a reverse-causality effect that ripples backwards through time, and also through parallel realities.

Or at least, that's my idea. ;) Your milage may vary.
I really don't care anymore.
