I'll be praying for you - I know what it's like (having broken at different times my right arm, wrist and several fingers - I'll leave the breaks on the other 3 appendages and fractured skull out for now ).

Sounds like the doctor is saying you broke the Scaphoid. Is that right?

Correct. I'm darn lucky not to have broken the sole blood vessel supplying it. I'd have a dead bone and a serious need to see a hand surgeon! Not fun!

*Shudders* too right ... get well soon strange. Breaking stuff is a foreign experience to me so it sounds doubly painful
