ok, fine I'll admit it!

I've been playing with sprites!

recoloring, revamping, dismembering, distorting, I've been using some free time to play around with some sprites and, well now I've actually made something I wanted to show you guys.

it's right <a href="http://www.geocities.com/shyal_malkes/b ... l">here</a>

for the sake of the credits the link takes you to the 'sprites' page I made today so as to give credit where it's due (you thought I did all the work myself?!) instead of the image itself but the link is on that page.

You stole that from a Tails spritesheet! =D

Not that >>I<< mind. And yes, that sprite sheet should be able to be used with 'standard' programs that use sprite sheets.

Mind you, I've only learned GameMaker, but it should be 'easy' to do.

because most sprites in a video game have 'inbetween' moves that are usefull for a videogame but are rather useless to a comic (which I think I mentioned somewhere is what the character I recolored the coon from was meant for) I have recently gone back to the origional sprite sheet and started recoloring the whole thing (I've counted about 130 something sprites that need to be recolored to do this)

that way if someone does want to use the 'coon' for a video game there will be inbetween motion sprites available, that and if it is going to be more 3d ish then the more views and poses the better.

now how am I going to do this and get chapter 7 done on time? XD

and I didn't steal the spritesheet, it was up onthe web someone else made it and said people could use it if you gave him credit.

it's like stealing bases in baseball, no cop, no foul.

which is why policemen don't attend any baseball games, right? :D
