Ralph isn't as consistent in the other two strips but at times he hits the quality level of TOTQ.
When Hopkins is "on" with Jack he's astoundingly good. When he's not "on" he's mediocre but he makes you think often enough to be worth it.
"Userfiendly" is great for "geek humor"
For truly twisted pop-culture-parody humor (REALLY adult!) you can't beat Ghastly, the one and only inventor of "Google Sepuku". No way I'll link to it but if you MUST check it out, be warned.
Freefall isn't perfect but it's actually pretty creative and downright weird in terms of the story arc length for the length of time it's been going - one of the oldest strips on the web and it's covered...what, six weeks of in-story time!?
(Something else about Freefall and TOTQ: the art quality and style haven't varied very much, in stark contrast to, say, Schlock(!) and they're good "paper book material" as a result.
"Gene Catlow" and a few others are OK but...eh. Not that big a deal.
"Kevin and Kell" has had moments but...it's getting old and the core moral premise is kinda nasty, actually way worse than anything Hopkins ever came up with.
