Hmmm...using a person's likeness without his consent for purposes of profit....class, can you say "lawsuit"?

Hmm.. Well, as far as I know, you need to copyright your image first, I think.

How does Copyright law work amongst the Rac'cona?

If it works the same as here, an "original" "work" is copyrighted as soon as it is given "material form" ... or at least thats all i can remember from that lecture O.o

Not that this really has any bearing on using somone's image as the basis for a doll :-?

...sorry, the anarchist in me is coming out. Well, not anarchist.

But its the best label that fits the side of me that craves chaos =D
