Actually, that's not true.

the reason why most accidents occur within 10 miles of home, is because most drivers do most of their driving within 10 miles of home. Pure random accidents would make most accidents occur within 10 miles of home if you spend most of your driving time there.

This would also explain why most accidents occur in the home - because people live there! Funny how the most surprising statistics become mundane when you try to analyse them.

but another factor is that a higher percentage of your driving is done close to home, because it is close to your home. :o :o

It's kinda like why do you alway find what you are looking for in the last place you look? Because you found it and you stop looking.

You know, another question that's often asked is, why are wrong numbers never busy (engaged). It's a silly question, because if you get a busy (engaged) signal, how do you know you dialled the right number?

Getting back to the strip... y'know, the strip...?

I guess the thing in the well must be a mock mock tentacle. And poor Quentyn really did get suckered.

But also remember When traveling through interdimensional gateways into worlds of terrible horror and bloodshed, you'll encounter monsters that'll take arms, legs, and heads..... but they won't take American Express.

Cute gag, but the first H-bomb wasn't actually fired until November 1 1952. And how sad am I for knowing that?

Very deep, Uncle Monty, but I can dig it. Let's hope Quentyn doesn't get the shaft.
