Woot!!!
I loved reading the whole series, and I thought the recent Narnia movie was great. It was pretty accurate, except for a few bits here and there, but very well done overall. As long as they keep up the standards, I don't mind at all.

In the LW&W thread, I agreed with the critics who said the movie was LOTR Lite. If they continue the series I hope they take a few tips on plotting and suspense from the LOTR and Harry Potter movies.

NarniaWeb is a good place to keep up.

This is not a valid criticism - the books were aimed at younger readers than LOTR or Harry Potter and I feel the movies should be as well.

Narnia is LotR Lite? They're both classic quest tales, and that's about it. Someone's got their head stuck up their fourth point of contact.
Caspian is the second published story in the series, and they did a great job adapting the first one. More power to 'em.
