It actually applies to anyone who shows what the A(M)F* determines to be an inordinate interest in (read "mentions with pleasure") dangerous objects generally. However, Solidus and S'aaruuk would hold the status of figureheads for the group. Celidah also ranked as a definite member. I'm don't remember StrangeWulf being part of it, but I could have forgotten. (That, or he was being sneaky. *Narrows eyes at the sneakiness.*) I was somewhat uncertain of your status, though. Sol and I do have a great burden of leadership, inspiration and general inventiveness to pass on to future members. 
And SW showed some interest and had some fun, but not to the level of Celidah, but he still qualified for GTGa/oUDG status.
