We got the question at the end of the first book. "What do you get if you multiply six by nine?"

What this tells us is that the Universal mathematics is properly expressed in base 13.

I suspect that the reason why RHJ did not use Lovecraft's Notebook for those letters is because it would not give the neon script look that most of those nudie review places seem to love.

actually considering how many times abrajag (whatsisname that arthur killed multiple times) died and reapeared combined with arthur's quick attempt to save his brain (well that's how it turned out in the movie but in the book the mice figured it out on their own) "how many roads must a man take?" I see a pattern emerging.

oh, wait no, that's just the scrensaver. :P :D
