Oops, he did it again...
He might just as well move his luggage to the jail and get his mail forwarded there as it seems he can never stay out of it for long.

Knowing Quintyn's luck, the guard will most likly have only caught the end of the fight and will think he's part of the Royals. It could work in Quintyn's favour, but it might go quite the other way as well.

I'm beginning to wonder whether or not Mulharney might be part of the problem. Is he corrupt and sees Quentyn as a possible threat to the "plan"? Or is he really just a burned out "cop" who's had it up to the gills with juvenile crime.
Did he see the fight and knows Quentyn just took out 3 POS's that were beating the snot out of a much smaller kit...2 holding him, 1 hitting him in a classic example of gutless cowardice.....or is he in with the "toffs" and is going to railroad Quentyn back into jail for much longer this time because he's broke now?
If he goes before the Adjudicator and tells what happened, will the kit back him up, or will Mulharney have coerced him into saying our hero pounded on him and Mulharney is the only reason he's still alive......any bets that the Red Caps won't be hauled in?

Mulharny is porablythe latter. He's still a nusance, but he doesn't seem ill meaning. I also fail to see what Quenty particularly fears the guards about, he wasn't realy doing much to get arrested for, and its basically three words against three, and that's if the thugs can get their story together.

That would make an interesting court scene.

On the other hand, he's not stupid, either. He just got out of jail--- for the THIRD TIME--- and even in the best circumstances a three-way brawl is going to get everyone involved dragged to the Guardhouse.

didn't someone already mention the possability of Quentyn meeting someone in jail that could connect him to the royals? (I mean more then he already is).

Jail is the best place to join a gang.

I do have a question. The Rac'conan system is geared toward repayment, not incarceration. But what happens when the person in question has nothing left? Quentyn is rapidly approaching that point by now, having paid his fines several times and already low on cash to start with. They can't take his clothes and chuck him out, because that would be in violation of public decency laws. Would they stoop to allowing a catch-22 slave labor prison? (Can't earn money in jail, can't get out until you have money) Or do they just start giving hard labor sentances to allow them to 'pay off' their debt in work to the government?
And I do have to say that I hate it when the cops just show up and jail everyone within arm's reach. That makes it impossible to even defend yourself without going to jail, as Quentyn is about to find. It make them people to be feared, rather than someone you can ask for help.

1. Put a lean on their future assets.
2. Debtors Prisons
3. Labor camps, do civil projects.

Does anyone else think that the kit he may have saved is the same one who stole wildcard?
